Super World Indie Tune Of the Day 17.05.2019: “Afterlife” by Chkbns.

Well it’s been a while but delighted to be back with another tune of the day from none other than SWIT favourites Chkbns. I’ve picked “Afterlife” from their debut LP “Autwik” but really it could have been any track on the record. It’s trademark dreamy, doomy, ethereal pop, shiny, more steel than silver and all the better for it. Yes, it’s dark, gorgeous and intoxicating, like a pint of Guinness (?!?) So can we just say congratulations to Aneliya, Emiliia, Slava on a very fine record indeed, we are certainly enjoying the ride.
