Matilda – Encandilados. Super World Indie Tune Of The Day -18.09.2018

We first heard of Matilda when they were recommended to us by Jimena Dominguez and now they have a rather wonderful new video out for “Encandilados”, originally from their 2016 LP ” El río y su continuidad”. The song is all pulsating beats, high-pitched trumpet-like keyboards and even a little bit on Enio Moricone/Shadows thrown in for good measure. Highly addictive, consider us dazzled.

Matilda is the electronic pop duo consisting of Juan Manuel Godoy and Ignacio Molinos, from Rosario, Argentina and they are very good indeed.
