Marsmobil – Shadows Of The Inner Light

It’s my first time hearing Marsmobil, and what an introduction – “Shadows Of The Inner Light” is a masterclass in songcraft, combining electronics, sci-fi, prog and dance into a very alluring whole. The vocals with (I think) Amber Lin are sublime. The tune worms it’s way into your heart and resonates for a long time thereafter. Marsmobil is Roberto Di Gioia and he writes, plays, sings and programs everything himself. Oh, and he does all the artwork too! He is involved in a list of other projects as long as your arm and this song is from the 5th Marsmobile LP “Fairytales Of The Supersurvivor” (Compost Records). Very much looking forward ot hearing more.
