LEOPRRRDS – Hot Like Lava

“Hot Like Lava” (on Späti Palace) is the new EP by Berlin-based trio LEOPRRRDS. These songs are dark, anxious and highly-strung. All members of the band share vocals, turning these VU-tinged vignettes into conversation pieces. Underpinned by louche bass and frequent changes of tempo, the band eschew classic song structures to intriguing effect. I can’t wait to hear more.
